Default I want to stop for good the ESET NOD32

I will be brief.

I want to load a system restore from Windows 7, but every time I receive an error telling me that the antivirus could cause this problem.

How can I stop the antivirus, without uninstalling it?

Temporarily disabling the protection is not working.

Your only options would be to temporarily disable it (which you say isn't working) or uninstalling it, running the system restore and then reinstalling once the restore is completed.
