Upload Queue Question

Hello, I'm using Returnil System Safe Free, I opened my Upload Queue, and noticed a lot of files, but most of them seem to have the same sent and size required. How long will the files stay in the queue? I know that the free version has only a limited cloud support.
EDIT: Is there also a way to force it to upload? There is two files that didn't upload fully, maybe three.

Hmm, where can I find it? I look at the License Registration details, is it the owner field?
