I dont know if it has heuristics & behaviour protection, the settings are minimal & doesn't mention about heur & behaviour.

AutoUpdate of VirusDatabase is also confusing. The AV module doesn't have AutoUpdate setting. The main setting panel has autoupdate option & enabled by default. The AV didn't updated automatically. Manual update on the main GUI worked fine & updated the AV successfully. So I dont know if the autoupdate option in the main settings panel is also for AV database autoupdate or not, or in this beta AV database autoupdate feature is not there.

Other things were fine, no other probs encountered here during testing on real system XP SP3 32 Bits Eng.

Yea, did some testing also, seemed to catch everything. The only bad I could see is, really slow scanner. Plus, it wants to remove malwarebytes, but if you choose to use compatibility mode at the beginning, the AV won't enable until you remove mbam. I've seen a few of AV's doing that now, not compatible with mbam.

Yup, you have to choose either one. Even if MBAM is not real time x.x

I guess you can install MBAM later (after installing ASC with AV).
