Eset & SSDP & blocking

Hello

For a while I have a problem with my connection(s). Spec: 1 pc with Windows 7 [32 bit] fully updated,Eset smart security v5.0.95 ,Malwarebytes and Fritzbox 7340 with latest firmware. Using firefox and thunderbird for browse and email.

The problem is that every few (3 - 15) minutes I cant check my email or browse sites [network is stable]. After a short while (sometimes 20 secs up to more than 1 minute) I can use the browser and email without any problem. Narrowed it down to Eset blocking something. Have read about security risk port 1900 SSDP and its fine with me that bad things get blocked but my connection suffers (gaming,surfing,email) from it. Could use some help to get a stable connection again and keeping things secure without affecting my setup as it is working almost perfect.
