The field is called "Image for Linux Product key".

Do you have the trial IFL?

anyone else notice that when using the trial version and then someone buys the program and enters the key from the purchase it still says its a trial version in program and features / add remove programs... why does it not change this after entering the key?? i have a few customers who bought it and entered the key and were little annoyed it still shows as a trial version

I am trying this also. Am I looking at it correctly by using the /hash command line when creating the full backup, and /hash is not needed for the differentials as the created hash file is automatically seen? Could not find a lot of info on this. Thanks...

That's correct.

If you are using the GUI you can use the Option "Speed up Changes Only Backup" when creating the full backup.

Yes, it needs the Win7 recovery wim. But you don't need WAIK as in previous versions. People didn't like downloading the almost 2 GB WAIK.

No, we are talking about different things. When you use makedisk.exe to build the disk, Default settings, there is no password field. There is only one field and it is for your serial number.

I am getting error that the "WinRe.win" file could not be found.

What I am doing wrong. I did start the "TBWinRE.cmd" with administrative rights. I am getting the same error on all three of my computers.

Best regards,

KOR!

KOR,

Just temporarily (from Folder Options) Show Protected OS Files. Also Show Hidden files and Folders.
Do you have a folder labelled "Recovery" in your C: drive?

Have you done any "Restores" of Images made with the hash feature?

Is it possible to restore a system partition if you add image for windows to the F8 recovery options menu? I would assume you cant since you would be loading from the partition you wish to edit?

Yes. Same as a "normal" restore. The hash feature only speeds up diff image creation, otherwise everything is as before.
