Angry floydy3

I have a gateway netbook w/win 7 starter. I now get the message:

bootmgr missing
press ctl+del to restart

Anyway to correct this

i can press f12 to get the option to load win7 or the paragon usb, but
this is a hassle. How can i get the BM back to normal

How did this problem happen? There is always a way of treatment but we need first to know the root of this problem.
