Capsa Email and FTP Logging

Hi,

I am testing CAPSA, but cannot get it to log email or ftp traffic. Logging http, dns, msn etc is working fine.

Is there anything I should be looking at ?

Hi hanham123,

Capsa only logs standard, unencrypted SMTP and POP3 emails. So if your emails use encryption, Capsa cannot decode them, and you don't see email logs in the Log tab. As for FTP, you are welcome to send some packets to our support for more details. Thank you.
