Trouble activating ESET smart security

hello =) for starters i've already been using this.

and just recently reformated my computer and when reinstalling my virus scanner with the disc that was sent out it required a activation.

i only have 3 emails and none of them were working to log into ESET and i tried the "retrive license details" to get my username and password but the emails aren't arriving and i had a active virus scanner until 2013 still.

is there anything you guys can help me out with here? i can give you my other emails if that helps but not sure if safe to post on public forum.
