Automating a file incremntal backup

I want to back up certain folders only on an incremental basis -

I want to do this on an ongoing basis as follows:-

Day One

Create full backup of the files

Day Two

Create incremental backup

Day three

Create incremental backup

Day Four

Create Full Backup

Day Five

Creating incremental backup

Day Siz

Creating incremental backup

Day Seven

Delete first backup (day one - day three) start cycle again etc

I can see how I can do this by partion, by cyclci backup, but not by certin foles and folders

DO I have to manually run a full backup of the folders, and then "just" do a diffrental backup?
