Default What to backup on Image?

I have paragon 11 free (advanced) and was wondering what to check to make an image of my HD. I've included an attachment of my selection. My main question I guess is do I just make a image of C: or do I include all by selecting
the drive which includes MBR and system reserve?
Thanks

The MBR is only a few bytes and the System Reserved is typically only 100MB. I always back them up for good measure since they virtually take no time and comparatively little space in the archive.

If you have to replace a new disk you can just restore them and be up and running without any fiddling around.

The System Reserved partition is essential to boot the system, so it must be backed up.
