As someone who recently renewed my PSOL licence, I was under the impression that all those users were to be migrated to WSA-E, or have I blundered and totally misread other posts? If so then please shoot me. I haven't seen the Prevx tag for ages due to Firefox version changes, but was assured that I am covered nonetheless.

You will be migrated eventually but the point I was making is that Webroot really should make it clear on the Prevx website that Prevx 3 is end-of-life and suggest that people buy WSA instead.

The missing Prevx tag on Firefox relates only to SafeOnline protection. You still have Prevx 3 anti-malware protection, but not the online identity protection that SafeOnline was intended to provide. This is another reason why new users should go straight to WSA and not buy Prevx 3. SafeOnline only works with Firefox versions 1, 2, and 3. Given that Firefox is now at version 11, I doubt if there are many users still running Firefox version 3 or earlier.

I'm sorry Joe, I must agree. The Prevx Website (I feel urgently) needs to be updated to issue a warning/critical notice that when a user buys Prevx licenses, it is "end-of-life", or more specifically for this scenario, "has up-to-date cloud database definitions but no longer is being updated in all other regards." I know you guys are trying really hard and you have been doing a FANTASTIC job with helping people convert licenses and such but the website really needs to reflect that there is a product that is better to buy right now, and then let them proceed to buy Prevx 3.0 if they specifically want to and understand the difference.

I purchased today 2 year lisence with everything included. I hope it is possible to convert it to WSA as I really need to have the security feature of protecting my information while i log into my bank etc.

If I need to pay a fine or something extra for the difference between WSA price and PREVX 3.0 its OK..i just want a working product.....Wish the webpage was more clear on the fact that PREVX 3.0 doesnt work with the new firefox.

Just contact Prevx support http://info.prevx.com/service.asp and ask for a refund then go here http://www.webroot.com/En_US/consumer-products-secureanywhere-essentials.html to purchase WSA-E or get WSA-C http://www.webroot.com/En_US/consumer-products-secureanywhere-complete.html if you want added password management and extra online storage and mobile protection!
