Issue: Not working with MSI Z68A-G43

After the tool did the copy actions, I removed my MBR disc and started the Click BIOS. I changed the boot sequence that the GPT disc is number one - I got a "Reboot and select a proper boot device".
So I rebooted again and tried to start with "UEFI". But that gives me a shell I do not know what to enter. I tried "help" and got a list of commands that did not really help me.
