Exclamation Issue: Application disappear when I choose any action

on 7 x64 when I launch the app it starts and shows the dialog.

As soon as I choose any action Convert, Log reporter etc... it disappears.

It is active in task manager but nothing on screen, taskbar, etc...

I can confirm this bug - although after some time, it appears a window "behind" all other windows on the desktop.

Nevertheless, there should not be a period without a visible window or at least an icon in the taskbar. There was nothing! I tried to start it over and over.
And the name of the process "plauncher" is not chosen very practical. If someone looks into the task manager, the name of the process should be better to find.
