The program is very good. Only you are too scarce of instructions.

The visual feedback during copy is quite good...
... what leaves the user without a hint is the lack of the description of the process.

As this is quite a delicate operation you should have something like:

The Migration process consist of:
1) select source
2) select destination
3) copy volumes (reboot may be required to lock origin volume)
4) reboot to finalize copy (my system rebooted twice... is it normal or not? screen was corrupted...)
5) at reboot shut down system
(if user logs on the old drive an App dialog should tell him: please shut down, uplug this etc...)
6) unplug origin drive
