Default Chrome and SpywareBlaster

I wish Javacool would make SpywareBlaster Chrome-compatible.
I don't know whether it's a good thing or a bad thing that I can't use SpywareBlaster anymore, now that I use Chrome almost exclusively.
I mean, does Chrome have extra protection and not need the sort of restricted protection that SpywareBlaster provides?
Or could Chrome really use the help, but we're waiting in limbo for the developer to release an upgrade?
Meanwhile, I still update the program, for those rare instances when I might run Internet Explorer.

I wish they can improve Firefox protection. Blacklisting some cookies is near worthless, which is why I haven't kept it.

Hey! This thread is for whining about not having SpywareBlaster for Chrome!

It's lacking for all browsers except Internet Explorer.

I wouldn't even use it in IE considering blocking 3rd party cookies and/or using TPL's are far superior options.

Those TPLs are just for IE9?
(I'm perusing the link in your sig but haven't seen that answer)

If there is one thing that is going to eventually push me into buying a couple new computers, it'll be security concerns.
I'd be using IE9 if I wasn't on XP.
(At least I'd be comparing it to Chrome)
But I'm stuck with IE8.
And I keep reading that Win7 is much more secure than XP... like in that 3 out of 4 rootkit thread.
But so far I am not motivated enough to make that transition.
It'll be fun though, when I finally do!

Hi,

Per another thread, Chrome is on the to-do list.

I can't say anymore just right now, but be assured we're aware of the desire for Chrome support.

Best regards,

-Javacool
