Fails to migrate OS 3 out of 4 times..

I have Paragon Hard disk Manager Pro 11 and I have had multiple failures migrating the Win 7 64 partition to another drive. I have noticed that if the target disk is smaller physically while the data is small enough to still fit the PHM Pro program either stalls out or the final copy is no good and does not boot! Both disks were ssds and it pains me to go through excess writes such that another competing product (name starts with A) disk clone utility was able to do the job. I only had one success when the target drive was larger. Not only that I was able to verify this bug on two other machines. This is like the third time I have unwillingly beta tested this software. Please do more quality bug checking before anyone spends a dollar more on Ver 12!
