Default Uninstall HFS+ for WIN7 - emergency
Okay finally found a way to get HFS+ off my system when it starts having problems.

Download and install a freeware application called REVO UNINSTALLER. This application will go through and deeply remove HFS+. it worked for me, when I could not restore to an old version of WIN7.
