Question ESET not showing log files

Last night ESET blocked HTML/ScrInject.B.Gen virus. I wanted to learn more about this virus, so I tried to copy the entry in the Detected Threats log file so I could look it up, but this caused ESET to crash and now ESET isn't showing anything in any of the log files at all. Anyone know how I can fix this? I have ESS 4.2.40.0 running on Windows XP SP3. Thanks!

I tried to repair but I got an error message stating that an installation package could not be found. However the log file problem seems to have resolved itself after a reboot. Thanks for your help

You need to download the package first http://go.eset.com/us/download/download, previous releases, download either 32 or 64 bit 4.2.71. this is the latest build of v4. Just install it over the top should be fine.
