Default Partition moving Estimated completetion time way out

I've been using Paragon Hard Disk Manager 11 Suite to both Backup and Restore my OCZ Vertex 3 120G SSD which has been great.

However I recently used the Hard Disk Manager WinPE partition function to resize my HDD Raid0 shrinking it by 100GB and leaving it as freespace at the beginning of the drive. After a few minutes the estimated time peaked at 35 minutes and even after an hour it still showed 35 minutes, the job was eventually completed in 2 hours and 15 minutes.
I know it is only an "estimated time to completion" but there is a big difference between 35 minutes and 2 hours and 15 minutes!
Oh and the amount of data it had to move was about 675GB

Anyone else seen a similar thing?

Time estimates shown in Paragon programs are usually meaningless.
