Default RSS 2011 issue with KMPlayer(?)

I read on one forum that Returnil (RSS 2011) had a problem with KMPlayer in Virtual Mode:
- KMPlayer was installed in real system
- RSS was switched to Virtual Mode
- KMPlayer was deinstalled in VM
- after rebooting there was no KMPlayer
I haven't any additional information and details. I dont' know if it is possible...meybe someone does know about similar issue?

Hi ichito,
I have reported this to the engineering team and will follow up as quickly as possible. Can you open a support ticket and send us the rvs3 logs and a msinfo32 report so they can take a closer look at that is going on?

Thanks
Mike

I think we should forget this problem...user who wrote about this issue have closed his own account od forum and during two weeks have nothing sended any explanations or more specific information. I think two weeks is enough long to wait and problem have never exist.
