Default copying files without properties??

I'm copying a big chunk of data from an NTFS drive to an HFS+ drive from within windows 7 64bit. After getting through the first 200GB or so, I then got a message for the last 20GB of data (or so). It said, "Are you sure you want to copy this file without its properties?" This message popped up for ds.store files, mp4, m4v, string files, and more. THere's still plenty of space on the destination drive. Would could be the problem here?
