Cannot upgrade/install Nod32 V5
both online and offline installers fail in teh same way.
unable to end ekrn service and installer rolls back. attempted install as normal account and Administrator. normal and safe mode. attempted to uninstall Nod32 then reinstall, Windows Installer states: This action is only valid for products that are currently installed. |

Make sure you have uninstalled previous AVs, see KB article below for some uninstallers:
