ESET Knowledgebase Home and Business Redesign Launch 10/11/11

The ESET Knowledgebase team has been working on a redesign to the ESET Knowledgebase (English North America). The redesigned page launched this morning at 10:00 a.m. PST. The Knowledgebase Business Page for non-North American English sites is scheduled to go live in 1 week.

The new design separates content for Home and Business users. On entering the Knowledgebase for the first time, you will be prompted to choose Home Support or Business Support, or if accessing an article directly, you will be assigned Home or Business automatically.

You can switch between Home and Business at any time by clicking the blue link at the top of any Knowledgebase page. We’re excited about these changes and expect it will greatly improve the support experience for our users.

This new design will be extended to other languages in the coming weeks and months.
