Colasoft Ping time outs

When I use the application I get timeouts. Doesnt matter to which site. It just shows time out. So I did a quick test before I made this threat to google.com again I got 2 replies and then the rest was time outs which is the first time in months that its actually worked. My internet is fine working perfectly. The firewall is not blocking it. Any ideas?
