EMS - blocked phone... Block screen

Hello, I've installed latest EMS For Andoid (RC).. So, I checked how anti-thieft works. After telephone blocked, I saw just screen with EMS logo and place for typing password. What if, EMS will write there telephone number(s) of any friend(s)? So, after that, who found telephone will call to friend and give back mobile phone or etc...
