Actually I caught it pretty close to the time it started.
I'd post a warning message there, but that might be overstepping a bit, don't you agree?

 

Couldn't hurt... I don't know if that patch was malicious or not (saw it and deleted it) but it's best to be safe.

 

I'm not sure what to say about that. The warnings to tzuk should probably be enough to get the ball rolling. BTW page, I mentioned to him you found it and enquired about it here.

This same thing happened a couple years ago, a hacked version of sandboxie was posted and the sandboxie forums were spammed for a couple of days. Some script-kiddie with nothing better to do and apparently a grudge against tzuk...

 

where is tzuk . just kick him out..

 

That spamkid really has some twisted idea of fun.
As in the famous words of 'Big Gay Al': "We should all be tolerant, but not with these fu**ing people! They really are fa**ots!"

With the help of some trustworthy SBIE forum members, the issue could be redeemed pretty quick though.

 

Seems fixed and the traces of the spammer removed thankfully,
