Hi,

Theoretically, Capsa can capture and analyze all unencrypted IM data because encrypted data is unreadable. If you want to view the IM record except MSN or Yahoo Messenger, please check the TCP and UDP conversation.

Hope my reply helps.

I was told ICQ would be added LAST November... yes 2010. I sent two private messages about it to 'sam' but no one ever responds. There are icons for icq and config files in your capsa folder but they simply will not turn it on.

I called the tech number, the guy never emailed me back like he told me he would. He didn't have the latest version of the program on his computer!

Incredible how some people do business.

Hi all,

We are scheduled to review IM monitoring function lately, and ICQ monitoring function will be brought back then. And also we'd like to know what are the instant messengers you use in your network? We'd like to know more feedbacks.

Hi everyone,

To keep you updated what we are doing, we are working on to get ICQ Log back now (preview screenshot below) since it's so important to some users. It's not ready yet though, stay tune
