Default FD not installing after Hard Reset !

Hello folks,
sorry for posting lots of threads, you see i wanted to unistall FD-ISR and at the time i was downloading some stuffs: and Firefox was open as well.

However when i clicked on the Remove everything it began unistalling and it go stuck , Task explorer did not work and the Firefox didn't work as well, FD was on the process of deleting the Secondary snapshot.

SO i did a hard reset because it got stuck :and then i proceeded to remove FD and the Secondary snapshot namely folder 1. However lastly i had to use Barte Disc to remove $FD folder.

Now when i proceed to install FD: it shows this.

Name: Clipboard01.jpg
Views: 84
Size: 29.5 KB

Any suggestion available : i think its the work of the Registry Entry causing problem.
