Capsa 7.4 - unable to save projects ?

Hi all,

We updated yesterday from v6.8 to 7.4 but I am confused.
There seem to be two levels of settings :
- analysis profile (can be saved)
- project (cannot be saved ?)

A new project is started when hitting the Start button; only then you can define capture filters, data storage options and so one.
What I cannot find is the option to "save the project" containting ALL the settings so I am able to reopen the project after a restart (for instance after installing windows updates) and also for backup purposes of all these settings.

This was perfectly possible in version 6.8 but I cannot immediately find how to save a project (I don't mean the packets) in the latest version 7.4.

Can anyone tell me if this is still possible and how to do this ?
