Quick Question About the Product. Clone/Mirror?
I am looking to find a program that will create an EXACT copy of a hard drive/server. Does Paragon Drive Backup copy all files including deleted information? And if it doesn't can I get a point in the right direction? The terminology in all this stuff is exact when it comes to this but not at the same time. So please a quick answer would be wonderful.

Drive Backup allows to create Raw backup, which means that all sectors will be placed to the archive.
To get raw backup you should enable HDD raw processing or Partition raw processing"General copy and backup" options in Settings.
