Hi deejay2

I got additonal tools for troubleshooting GPT Loader.

Could you please provide some more info:
1. Full system info:
* open Start\Programs\Accessories\System Tools\System Information;
* choose the "Save" option in the "File" menu ,
* enter the "File name" and set the field "Save as type" to "System Information File (*.NFO)";

2. Full System LOG:
* Right-click My Computer and select Manage
* Go to Event Viewer – System
* Right-click System group and select Export
* Select TXT format and click Save.

3. DetectAF report:
* Download DetectAF utility from Paragon FTP:
http://ftp.paragon.eu.com/support/DetectAF.exe
* Run saved *.exe file,
* Once report generated, select all generated text (press Ctrl+A) ,
* Press Ctrl+C hot-key to copy text,
* Open Notepad and go to Edit – Paste,
* Save created report in *.txt format from Notepad;

4. Screenshot of scsiformat utility:
* Download scsiformat utility from Paragon FTP:
http://ftp.paragon.eu.com/support/scsiformat.zip
* Unzip the archive
* Run scsiformat.exe file
* Select problem Hard Drive from the list of connected Disks
* Press 'PrintScreen' key on the keyboard to capture the screen into the Windows Clipboard;
* Start any graphical editor (Windows Paint, for instance)
* Create new picture, paste the image (Ctrl+V) and save it;

5. log files:
find "PWLOG.TXT", "STUBACT.LOG", "BioNTlog.TXT" in "C:\Program Files\Paragon Software\GPT Loader\Program"

I apologize for delay.

According to LOGs and Info the HDD capacity is correctly recognized.
But (!!!) 3TB drive could not be correctly detected in WinXP while it is Basic MBR Disk.

Please try to convert the drive to GPT:
* run GPT Disk manager
* select Convert to GPT wizard
* select Seagate drive and convert it.

Then run create Partition wizard to correctly create new partition on GPT drive and make sure that new partition could cover the all 3TB drive.
