Please help me with my HijackLog

My browser has been hijacked, please help me to clean it up. I would like to know what to do to prevent it from happening again. Thanks.

Restart PC after doing so in Safe Mode : Here's How and follow these instructions :

Copy the contents of the quote box to notepad:

hit 'save as'
give it the name 'clear.reg'
under the filename set file types to all files.
save it to the desktop.

After done double click the clear.reg
when asked to merge say yes

then find this file:
system32.dll

its probably in :

c:\windows\system32\system32.dll

and rightclick+delete it.

Restart again in normal mode, reset desired startpage again

Thanks for your help. My computer works great now. I will post my log for my other computer and get the problem fixed too.

Can you tell me what to do to prevent it? Now I have also installed a virus scan program. How do I disable writing to the registry by others?
