Default Help with boot manager

Hi!
I have installed the boot manager 9.0 .
When i am trying to restart my pc i get to this screen:
Name: boot_manager.jpg
Views: 104
Size: 52.5 KB

and then this
Name: boot_manager3.jpg
Views: 106
Size: 54.2 KB

Nothing happens when i press enter.
I cant even access F8 or F10 to restore to a earlier point, before this screen pops up.
I've created a recovery cd from another Vista system. But i only get the choice to format the C:drive, wich i do not want to do.

Ive read some threads about Fixmbr commands, about this problem. But i dont know how to come there or what this really is.

Is there something else i can do?
