Default Response Times

Do you think that response times are related to Internet use by continent and the world clock ? Whenever the most Internet users come on line the response time increases. Here is one version on Internet usage by Continent :-

It's because the tubes sometimes get clogged up. The Internet is not just some big truck, you know.

I once sent an internet on Thursday, and it didn't arrive until the following Tuesday.
