On the safest list, Japan is the only one I see that makes any sense, and then it surprises me. The rest on that list, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, I would imagine they would be safer considering those and the others listed aren't exactly "internet powerhouses". For example, in Sierra Leone, there, according to latest stats, are 14,900 internet users in a country of 5, 245,695 people. In other words, the report is a bit flawed.
