Default Paragon Drive Copy for Mac OS X 8.0

I just purchased "Paragon Drive Copy for Mac OS X 8.0" and could not figure out how to get it to recognize my 3rd party eSata connected drive. (It is a 500Gb drive that I am closing.) I aborted my attempt using USB 2 because, after 36 hours, the User Interface approached done than gave it another 15 hours to run.

Can I get a refund? I am now trying Paragon Hard Drive Manager Pro 2010 (which I optimistically purchased rather than evaled).

Thanks,
Chris
