Win 7 Home x64
FD-Rescue Lite v4.0.1.263 Hi. Yesterday I updated a program (RoboForm) on my 'Original Area' and upon updating the 'Rescue Area'.....I noticed that I'm getting 2 errors apparently related to that software update. Here is an image of the error code(s) from my Activity Log. Would DELETING the "Rescue" snapshot correct this issue? If so, HOW do you delete/remove a snapshot? I couldn't find it on the program or the product manual. Is this even possible (ie done manually)? Thanks. |

Wasn't support going to be continued for this product to existing customers....per the "Leapfrog Software Changes" thread?
It's been almost 1 week since I made this thread (no response) and I emailed support (automated response stated that someone would get back to me in "24 to 48 hours"....still haven't heard back yet). |

From this experience, I've NEVER going to purchase another 'Leapfrog' software product ever again.
What a damn shame. Thanks Todd and Leapfrog for sticking by your "loyal" customers. |
