Hello,
I would like to know how to set IE8 to be more secure without losing much usability and browsing speed (since i intend to keep it simple, because this is a family pc, i don´t want to use Sandboxie, GesWall,etc.). Ps: i´m currently using OpenDNS free. Thanks! |

What about Javacool's SpywareBlaster.
- The free version requires you to do manual updates. |

Set the Internet Zone for Additional Security
* Manage your cookies not a setting to be overlooked. Use a HOSTS File Check with your Open DNS documentation if both are compatible in the same environment. As already posted, Spyware Blaster is an excellent way of inocculating your Registry from nasty sites from loading unwanted software by clicking on a malicious link.
