Default Acronis True Image 2010

I have a question about BIOS. I've made a change in my BIOS and my question is, if I restore to an image before that change will it undo that change that I made in the BIOS?

No. BIOS is not stored on the hard drive. You can restore you older image. It will not overwrite the BIOS.
