Default Improving security

hi all

i was wonderin if anyone can sergest any improvments i can make to be sure my comp stays secure

i have norton av and avg for viruses

adaware for spyware

zonealarm for my fire wall & visual zone for alert analous

iespyad & spyblocker 4.75 for defence against malous stuff like active x and java and scrips spyware cookies etc

and adshield for removel of anoying content from web pages

im awaiting ants 3.0 lite as it strikes me as being the best free anti trojan avalble well when it comes out anyway

oh and i update everything regularley using windows update sight and cnets catch up

on a side note can anyone tell me whats goin on with ants coz the infomation i have is that it is ready for release but there is some trouble with the licence agrement can anyone elabarate on that please
