Noob question.

Is NOD available for Server 2003 ?

Noob indeed. Yes! Use the 3.x stream (3.0.684).

I still use 3.0.684 and have seen no reason to upgrade. Either should work.

when conficker appear in my network, only v4 (4.0.417) could find him. I recommend to use the last version
