Default Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 remote connection error

Hello,
I have a problem with remote connection with ABR 10. I try to connect the console to a remote machine (Agent). The message error is: Failed to establish remote connection: Remote connections are disabled .

I have disabled my firewall and the function ping works....

Can you help me please?

Default Re: Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 remote connection error

I'm having the same problems...the account I am using on the remote machine has the proper groups assigned to it and all the correct ports are open (I even tried it when the firewall was disabled), but I can't seem to connect to my remote machine. I have a feeling it is a configuration issue, because it requests my password (the Management Console asks for it, at least), so I *think* the machines are talking....

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
