how does Acronis Licensing works ?

Hi

I have 4 computers to backup. Three of them need regular files to be backed up and the fourth is an exchange server

I was told I could use Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 - Advanced Server

However, it is still unclear to me if I would need a license for each server to backup and if this version of Acronis works with Exchange or if I need an add on or another license.

can anyone shed some light on this please ?
