Acronis will not install on Vistax64
version: 10.0.2160
I keep getting an error "The system cannot open the device or file specified" when running "DiskDirectorSuite10.0_s_en.exe". When clicking cancel I get "Error Code 2755". If running the msi directly - no error occurs, but half-way through it rollsback the installation. MSI log is attached. Any help would be appreciated. thanks - bill |

Are you right-clicking on the installer program and selecting to run it as an administrator?
