ups4,
Consider using the input option as "region" so you can capture only the data inside the black rectangle. It will cut your file size by about 50% and make it easier and quicker to upload. The people still using dialup will appreciate have the attachments as small in file size as possible.

Thanks for that tip Grover.

I'm new to the program and still trying to figure it all out.

People connecting to the internet via the telephone which is at a 56K speed.

Cable or DSL is a hundred time faster.

SnagIt is a really nice program. I use it myself for most of my captures that you see on the forum. However, I never post the original capture. I always edit it and get rid of the non-relevant. Check this link. It might help.

Also check-out Snagit's tutorials ups4.
I've been using it since years and I don't want another, although I've tried others before.
You'll get the hang of it pretty soon.

LOL....sorry Grover, I was being facetious . I've been a HSI Cable user for about 15 years now and it's just that I can't imagine that I could ever go back to dial-up.

I feel for those who have no choice, but I guess it's like most other things in life. If you've never been exposed to it, it doesn't seem quite as attractive.
