Default Notification e-mails time anomaly

RAS v3.1.11 running on Windows 2003 server. RAS Server properties show that the server time (UTC) is 11:24 (UTC), server time zone is GMT Daylight Saving Time UTC +1 Hr which is all correct since I am in the UK.

Several notifications were sent out this morning via the RAS Notification Manager due to New Primary Clients being added but, I notice that the sent time on the notification emails is always 1 hr later than the time the new client came online. i.e. if a client was added to RAS at 10:05am, the e-mail which comes through has a sent time of 11:05am. All other times reported within RAS are correct.

I've checked the time and time zone on all servers and they are all identical and correct?!?!
