Acronis Exchange back up of mailboxes

Hi. I want to know is it normal that back up of all MS Exchange mailboxes with Acronis Recovery for MS Exchange takes more then one day of run time.
(one day and 15-20 hours). Summary size of mailboxes about 1Gb. Same time back up of Information Store takes only 10 mins. (~4Gb).

I posted this in my other post, it does the same thing to me. I HATE calling Acronis support because they are horrible, so I am using the Information Store backup instead and its working ok. Come on ACRONIS...release an FN update for this already!!

So Information Store back up is enough to restore Exchange after crush?
If yes, I'll remove mailboxes back up because it loads our network and server running all time.

Yes....Information Store is a higher level than a mailbox store, mailbox store resides under the info store.
