Purchase upgrade and full version from Acronis site
Serial numbers are not accecpted by installation program Try Exchange Web site , serial numbers are valid Support supplied temp serial. installed program. Reboot Acronis in trial mode Purchase serials don't work, Supplied temp serial does not change trail version Can not used program. Have been waiting 2 week for fix from Support |

Have you checked the serial number carefully (all 64 characters plus hyphens). I copied and pasted the number and extra strange characters (4) were added for some unknown reason. Removing these four worked correctly.

First of all, please completely delete the current version of a program via Add or Remove Programs menu in Windows Control Panel, then install the software again entering your replaced serial number, most probably it will help. Please do not try to enter a serial manually, just copy\paste it using ctrl+c and ctrl+v keys combination.
