where to go for help?

i am having problems with my browsers, both firefox and IE....

where can i go for some help finding out what is wrong.. i suspect a virus/malare, etc...

sorry if i am in the wrong forum, posts from here came up from numerous google searches.

if i am in the wrong plane... please accept my aploigies,

i would be greatly appreciative if anyone han help or point me in the right direction.
