i got a 50percent discount for paragon by contacting support.
i have also reported the very slow 4hours 30minute file backup for 40gb of data and trhe blue screens after trying to restore my system partition.

I think they have upgraded me to v9, it wasn't too clear in the email, I will check it when I get home

I don't know Chris, I was wondering that myself. I think I will just make a new image and go from there.

lodore, I have not run into any glitches yet. On my laptop I made an image of the C: partition (70GB capacity, 30GB used) in 25 minutes and it took about that long to restore the image. On the desktop's C: partition (344GB capacity, 79GB used) it took 45 minutes to make an image (I haven't tried the restore on it yet).

So far so good

the glitch only happerns when you try to restore system partition and normally it would restart show the module before full loading and restore and ask for a reboot. but instead it gets stuck and just reboots and blue screens. at least on my machine. i had no problem imaging. imaging is fater than the old version 6 minutes versis only 15minutes. the information has been sent to the paragon team. they said they would reply earliyist monday.

As yet we have not published the trail version of the latest version 9.0. This we like to do in the next month.
